Our team just finished an educational event on Lease vs. Buying at the Arbor Center Condominium located in Lacey Washington where many local professionals attended to learn about this new market place. The agenda began with Allen Olson, a 35 year veteran of real estate who talked about business, personal and financial reasons to buy, followed by Tara Lee Muhli, Vice President for Wells Fargo Bank who delivered an inspiring talk on SBA financing.
Lastly Jonathon Frizzell of Cost Segregation Services shared an approved IRS technique that will increase depreciation and dramatically increase cash flow.
This event was a eye-opener for many. Attendees asked interesting questions which supplemented the presented information.
